JTM provides photography, videography, and web design services. Details for any specific project, including deliverables, timelines, pricing, and usage rights, are governed by the individual contract or agreement signed for that project. These Terms of Service apply generally to your use of the Site and do not replace a signed client contract.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

3. Intellectual Property
All photos, videos, graphics, and written content on this Site are the property of Jack Turpen Media, LLC unless otherwise credited, and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.
Ownership and usage rights for work produced for a specific client (photos, video footage, edited deliverables) are governed by that client's individual contract, not by these general Terms.
4. Inquiries, Quotes, and Bookings
Submitting an inquiry or quote request through the Site does not guarantee availability or acceptance of a project. A booking is only confirmed once both parties have agreed to a scope of work, pricing, and timeline, typically documented in a separate signed agreement or invoice.
5. Payments
Payment terms (deposits, invoicing schedule, cancellation or rescheduling fees) are set out in the individual client agreement for each project. General inquiries through the Site do not create a payment obligation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JTM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability terms that are separately defined in a signed client contract.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as social media platforms or client sites). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.
